Chadron
The Chadron Adventure Race was an absolute blast. We woke up to snow on the ground and then spent the day racing on some of Nebraska’s most scenic and challenging terrain. Donna Ritzen did a great job of putting together an awesome race course. Thanks to Donna and everyone else that helped out with this race! 12 Hour MTB Race
Good job Jim and the crew for putting on a great race at Branched Oak! It was a lot of fun racing in the dark on the single track...what an awesome experience!! And a big thanks to Roadrash for letting BentVenture join them for this race. We had a great time! Total laps for all teams combined was 463 which translates to an amazing 2,778 miles!

BentVenture would like to welcome Alicia Stansbury to our team for the 2009 season. She will be subbing on the team this year as needed. Although she is new at Adventure Racing, she’s a seasoned athlete having competed in numerous triathlons. Her first big race will be in Fairbury at the Run, Row, Rock, and Roll Adventure Race where she will be filling in for Tammy as she recovers from a foot injury. We’re looking for to racing with you Alicia! And Tammy, get that foot healed up so you can get back at it!
Run, Row, Rock, and Roll
Fairbury, NE will host the Run, Row, Rock, and Roll Adventure Race again this year with Craig Bontrager back as the Race Director. Get your teams of 3 together for this fun and challenging race in Southeast Nebraska. If you have a coed team, this is your chance to qualify for the USARA Nationals too! Be sure to check out our Spotlight page to learn more about Craig and the work he does in putting a race together.
